The Moving Life Atto travel mobility scooter fold and unfolds in seconds. This mobility scooter folds down to the size of a small suitcase (15.3"L x 16.5"W x 28"H)  and it can be split into two smaller pieces for easy transport & storage. Designed with airline travel in mind, the lightweight lithium battery is FAA approved. When you split the moving life scooter its two smaller pieces can fit easily in the plane's overhead bin.

The Moving Life Atto travel mobility scooter features a state-of-the-art stylish design making it stand out compared to your average mobility scooter. It can hold up to 220 lbs accommodating a fair amount of users. With a top speed of up to 4 mph and a 12-mile drive range on a full charge, the Atto is perfect for cruising. MovingLife warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship with the exclusions & exceptions specified below.

Two-year limited warranty: Structural frame components, including mobility scooter chassis, steering mechanism, rear wheels extensions, and welds on entire products.

One-year limited warranty: All electronic parts, including controllers and battery chargers. Servicing to the controller or battery charger must be carried out by an authorized Moving Life dealer. Any attempt to open or dismantle these items renders the guarantee void on that item's Drivetrain, including the motor and seat mechanism. Batteries are covered by a one-year warranty from the original manufacturer. Gradual deterioration in battery performance due to not following usage instructions specified in the owner's manual or wearing out through heavy use is not covered. 

If within the such warranty period, any such product shall be proven defective, such product shall be repaired or replaced at MovingLife's discretion. This warranty does not include any shipping charges incurred in replacement part installation or repair of any such product.

MovingLife’s sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to such repair and/or replacement.

Any part replaced under warranty is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects until the expiry of the original ATTO warranty.

The warranty shall not be affected by the change of ownership of the ATTO within the warranty period. Such a change of ownership must be registered in MovingLife’s registration database.

For warranty service, please contact the authorized MovingLife dealer where you purchased your ATTO.

Your warranty may be invalidated if you continue to drive your ATTO when a fault becomes apparent.

In the event you do not receive satisfactory warranty service, please write directly to MovingLife at the address in the contact information section, provide the authorized MovingLife dealer’s name, address, and the date of purchase, indicate the nature of the defect and, if the product or the defect part carries a serial number, indicate the serial number. Do not return products to our factory or shipping center without our written prior consent.

This warranty does not include worldwide warranty service outside the country where ATTO was purchased.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS & EXCEPTIONS

  • ATTO Battery - one-year limited warranty. Gradual deterioration in battery performance due to not following usage instructions specified in the owner's manual or wearing out through heavy use is not covered. The ATTO Warranty includes an ATTO Battery Warranty against failures of the high voltage battery as a result of manufacturing defects. The capacity of a lithium-ion high-voltage battery naturally decreases throughout use due to inherent technical reasons (natural wear and tear). Should a capacity check at a MovingLife authorized dealer within the warranty period of one year show that the net battery capacity has dropped below 70% of its original value at the delivery of the new ATTO, the portion below 70% will be regarded as the excessive capacity

  • Seat upholstery
  • ATTO tires/tire tubes
  • Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the product or accessories without specific and prior written consent from MovingLife
  • Circumstances beyond the control of MovingLife
  • Damage caused by battery malfunction, abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence, improper operation, maintenance, or storage, commercial use or use other than normal
  • Labor, home repair, shipping, and other charges incurred for the repair of the product
  • If the serial number has been removed or defaced Such evaluation will be solely determined by Moving 

Moving Life shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever. There is no other express warranty.

Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one year from the date of original purchase and to the extent permitted by law.

Any implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any warranties are excluded.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from country/state to country/state.

Return Policy

At Suncoast Mobility, our goal is to ensure that we assist you in selecting the right product for your needs. However, occasionally the product may not work for you. If you need to return an item, please review our Return Policy below and submit an online return authorization request. Once your request is reviewed a representative will reach out to you with further steps and information regarding your return. Units that have left the USA via a freight forwarder cannot be returned.

Return Merchandise Authorization

All no longer wanted returns will be returned at the customer’s expense in the original packaging and must meet the following criteria. The Product must be in new condition (no cracks, scratches, marked tires, or any indications of use). It must be returned in its original packaging. A return merchandise authorization must be requested from Suncoast Mobility within 30 days of the completed delivery for most brands. Enhance Mobility has a 7 day return window. Once a return merchandise authorization number has been supplied the product must be shipped within 7 days. Custom-made units by the manufacturer and are non-returnable: lift chairs with custom fabrics and/or heat and massage, Golden Technologies PR-502 lift chairs and all open box items. All lift chairs must still be banded and unopened due to new FDA COVID-19 sanitary return guidelines. This means if your lift chair has been opened from the original packaging it cannot be returned.

Every product we offer requires a return authorization number to return and a 20% restocking fee will be charged unless otherwise stated. Returns received without this number will not be credited. The easiest way to request an RMA number is by completing our easy online contact form. You may also call us at 727-537-6275 or email us at info@suncoastmobility.com to request an RA number. Please include your order number, name, and the item number you are returning. 

PLEASE NOTE: Products returned without an RMA number will not be credited. To receive credit, items must be shipped within 7 days from the day the RMA Number and shipping information were provided by Suncoast Mobility.

Return Shipping

Unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged, outbound and inbound freight is the customer’s responsibility. We are happy to help you determine which shipping method to use once you have requested your RMA number. We highly recommend insuring larger items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage.

Please be sure to carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that are included with your Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an item is returned to the wrong address, Suncoast Mobility reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct address. If a scheduled pickup with a  carrier is missed, Suncoast Mobility may charge a $10 fee per missed scheduled pickup.

Canceled Orders

Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to the above return policies. You must accept the delivery then obtain an RA Number from us in order to ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused by the customer the return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Expedited shipping costs will not be credited if a delivery is refused.

Credits

Once your return is received by Suncoast Mobility will issue a credit to the card used for the original purchase. Return Time Frames:

EWheels: Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Enhance Mobility: Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

EV Rider: Return must be requested within 25 days of delivery and returned to the warehouse within 30 days.

Golden Technologies: Return must be requested within 2 days of delivery. Lift chairs must be unopened, if opened they are nonreturnable.

Shoprider: Return must be requested within 25 days of delivery and returned to the warehouse within 30 days.

Merits Health: Return must be requested within 25 days of delivery and returned to the warehouse within 30 days.

ComfyGO: Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Drive Medical: Non-returnable unless unopened. If unopened

Tzora: Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Afikim: Return must be requested within 3 days of delivery

eFOLDi: Return must be requested within 3 days of delivery

Glion: Return must be requested within 25 days of delivery and returned to the warehouse within 30 days.
