Their Guarantees

All bikes come with a limited warranty. The battery is covered for six months, electronics for one year, and the frame and motor have a lifetime warranty. The limited warranty does not cover labor costs or device failure resulting from misuse or neglect by the owner, nor does it cover components that naturally wear out over time, such as rubber materials, accessories, wheels, brakes, and plastic parts. To process any warranty claims, proof of purchase and the serial number are required.

All new products come with a limited warranty. Batteries have a 6-month warranty, while spare parts have a 1-year warranty. The warranty does not cover labor or damages resulting from misuse or negligence, nor does it cover non-durable parts (e.g., rubber, wheels, brakes, plastic). Proof of purchase and serial number are required for warranty claims.
